"This company is legit. My case was a little bit of a unique one. My order was forwarded to a fraud alert system, because I was helping a friend and we are both in another country. See, sounds like fraud. I spoke to a representative on the phone, though they weren't super easy to get a hold of. I called a couple times. After talking to a representative, I got my unlock code in less than 10 minutes. If your trying to steal phones and unlock them don't go through this company. If your legit, you'll find this company to be quick and of great help."
